  • These three judges do not have a phobia against people wanting to be with the same sex partner. Possibly they may be considering what the people of California voted for. There is no "ban" against gays marrying. Prop 8 made the distinction "who" could marry.

  • old me, I agree with you 100%. Why reward laziness and people who continue to have babies to collect a check. It becomes a generational bad habit passed on to the next generation. If you do not require anything from people they continue with not being held accountablele for their bad choices.

  • Slowly the distinction of what is acceptable is becoming more cloudy every day. Can anyone begin to imagine what the earth would be like if there were no laws. People do not control their behaviors. It's all about as they say their "civil rights".

  • Thank God Almighty that there is still someone at the gate! One can only imagine what will happen when the gate is blown all the way open. After all, Oboma did say that he is about change. Has anyone signed up for "Organizing for America"? That's exactly what he is doing but no one is listening.

  • Jersey girl you are absolutely right. The rights of the minority seem to want to overthrow the rights of the majority at any cost, shove it down their throats, become crude, rude and very disruptive to display their disagreement. Once you open Pandora's box it is hard as heck to get it closed.
